We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if all the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • Tags, labels, and original packaging are intact

  • The item is not part of a final sale or clearance sale

  • The product is in resellable condition

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Customized or personalized handmade products

  • Any product showing signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery


2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange for eligible products under the following conditions:

  • Exchange is subject to product availability

  • The original product must pass the quality check after return

  • Exchanges are allowed for design or size variations (where applicable for handmade items)

If the requested product is unavailable, we will offer:

  • Store credit, or

  • Refund (as per eligibility)


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received the wrong product

Refund Conditions:

  • The returned product must pass our quality inspection

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit (as per your preference)


4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Share your order number, product details, and reason for return

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or share the return shipping address

  4. After we receive the product and it passes the quality check, your refund or exchange will be processed.


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

  • You may apply for a return after receiving the order (as per eligibility)


6. Delayed or Missing Refunds

  • Refunds usually take 5–7 business days after approval

  • If you have not received your refund, please check with your bank or payment provider
